A development of screen projects and projections, attempting to understand and explore the ideas of multiple view points coming together playing with the idea of time and space in a new direction. This idea to me feels as there may need to be more development and fleshing out to have been included, I still see ideas with in that could be brought out and tested and expanded but found that it felt out of place and stagnant with in this install.
I wanted to test the projection in this space playing off the curtain, I saw the curtain as a sort of barrier or option in relation to the walk way, you can still look outside but this curtain interfered with the viewing, having the projection was playing off these barriers.
There were a lot of beautiful shapes and forms which had come out of this, something that I was worried about was the relation people may have had to a process which wasn’t a part of the work thinking that I may be projecting onto panels before working, this was not the case, the works are intuitive and done at moment instead of planned out. This reading made me shy away from presenting this work but felt as if there were ideas at play which could have played well if this work had another element or way of viewing and moving, removing from the still nature of the sheets projected.
These testing drawing sketches were drawn over images and place, some from a laptop, phone or place. I was not drawing the whole image but focusing on the landscape, shapes and moments, it is me viewing and fleshing out not all information is present but a place is building built up and fleshed out, I didn’t find that I needed all the information the land still changes.
